Alteon Health is one of the largest physician-owned and physician-led acute care medical groups in the United States. We are proud to partner with many of the country’s most prestigious and well-respected healthcare systems, including the hospital where you recently received care.
Our records indicate you recently visited a hospital that is partnered with Alteon Health and received care from one of the Alteon physicians/practitioners. Alteon is a partner with your hospital, but our patient communications and billing are done separately from the hospital or any other partner of the hospital that may have been involved in your care. If other specialists were involved in your care, you may receive a bill from them as well.
To improve our patient billing experience, we are simplifying our online payment process through transitioning to a new process. We apologize if the process is a little clunky as we move toward a better future state.
