Who is Alteon Health?

Alteon Health is one of the largest physician-owned and physician-led acute care medical groups in the United States. We are proud to partner with many of the country’s most prestigious and well-respected healthcare systems, including the hospital where you recently received care.

Why am I receiving a bill from Alteon Health?

Our records indicate you recently visited a hospital that is partnered with Alteon Health and received care from one of the Alteon physicians/practitioners. Alteon is a partner with your hospital, but our patient communications and billing are done separately from the hospital or any other partner of the hospital that may have been involved in your care. If other specialists were involved in your care, you may receive a bill from them as well.

How can I pay my bill?

To improve our patient billing experience, we are simplifying our online payment process through transitioning to a new process.  We apologize if the process is a little clunky as we move toward a better future state.

To pay your bill online, please look at your statement and click on the correct online payment link below.  If you have any confusion, please email our customer service team at customer.service@alteonhealth.com or call us at (800)397-0302 and a representative from our team will assist you.

I have insurance coverage for my care. How can I provide my insurance information?
