Alteon Health Welcomes Mano Kalathil as Chief Technology Officer

We are pleased to welcome Mano Kalathil as Chief Technology Officer of Alteon Health.  As an innovative healthcare company, technology is a critical component of maintaining effective operations and driving the best possible outcomes for our patients.  Mano’s arrival reflects Alteon’s commitment to driving continuous improvement across all facets of our business through cutting-edge technologies and platforms. As CTO, Mano will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and foster a culture of innovation through the deployment of technology across our company. We are excited to recruit someone of Mano’s caliber and to bring his years of leadership experience in the field of healthcare information technology to the team.

Mano’s expertise is building teams, designing solutions, and scaling both.  He career has afforded him the opportunity to do this within healthcare companies both as an operational leader and as a trusted advisor.  Prior to joining Alteon, Mano served as Chief Technology Officer, or in similar leadership roles, at healthcare-focused companies including CareSync, Crankfrog, and ActiveHealth Management (Aetna).   At ActiveHealth he was responsible building and scaling their population health management products for large payers, employers, and provider organizations.

Mano earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree at Bangalore University and is a graduate of the CIO Pathways Program from the CIO Executive Council. He is an active member of industry forums in the DC area, an advisor to healthcare startups, and served on the Board of Directors of Tampa Bay Tech from 2016-2017.

Mano lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, Sue, and 90-pound German shepherd dog, Ava.  Mano will be based in our corporate headquarters in Germantown, Maryland, and will visit our regional offices over the coming month. Please join us in welcoming Mano to the Alteon family.
